about me
Starting therapy is a courageous step toward understanding yourself more deeply and creating meaningful change in your life. I use the Conversational Model of Therapy, a gentle yet effective approach that focuses on the healing power of relationship and dialogue. It’s grounded in the idea that our sense of self develops through our early relationships, and that healing happens when we feel truly heard, understood, and emotionally connected.
This therapy model is a collaborative process—a conversation between two peoplesupporting emotional growth, self-awareness, and connection. Together, we work to make sense of your experiences, explore your emotions at your own pace, and build a stronger, more cohesive sense of self. This isn’t about quick fixes or advice-giving—it’s about creating a space where real, lasting change can happen through empathy, safety, and meaningful conversation.
Whether you’re navigating difficulties in relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, this model supports a deeper understanding of who you are—and who you are becoming.
my approach
With a rich background as a medical doctor specialising in psychiatry, I have extensive experience in supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. After years of practicing in the medical field, I have transitioned my approach to the Conversational Model of psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I have worked with diverse populations, including those facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. With a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, I am committed to helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
While I work with individuals across a wide spectrum of mental health needs, my focus is on providing support to those seeking a more reflective, insight-oriented therapeutic experience. I am not currently able to accept referrals for individuals requiring intensive crisis management or high-risk interventions.
I look forward to being alongside you on your path to well-being.
